This Creamy Crab Pizza recipe is seafood indulgence at it's best! Made with white sauce, sprinkled with mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, green onion, garlic, and herbs.This seafood pizza serves as a perfect sharing appetizer ready for a party, or a dinner for 2 for any seafood lover!

¾cupcrab meatapprox. 1 dungeness crab, or use king, snow, rock, or blue crab
3ozcream cheese
¼cupheavy cream or half & half
2large garlic clovesminced
1teaspoonfresh oregano
A pinch of salt and pepper
1cupmozzarella
½medium tomatodiced
2stalks green onionchopped
3tablespoonfresh parsleychopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Pick through the crab meat for any shells, then set in the fridge to remain cold.
In a small saucepan combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and warm until the garlic is fragrant. Stirring the entire time.
Roll out the pizza dough and place on a baking sheet sprinkled with all-purpose flour.
Spread the white sauce to the edge of the pizza.
Top the pizza with mozzarella, green onion, and tomatoes. Then remove the crab meat from the fridge and add it onto the pizza.
Bake the pizza for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with parsley and allow to cool for a few minutes prior to cutting and serving.

TYPE OF CRABThis recipe is made with fresh Dungeness crab. You can use another species to substitute like Alaska King crab, Snow crab, Rock Crab, etc. Let me know what kind you used in the comments section at the bottom of this page.TIPSKeep the crab meat cold until ready to cook the pizza. This helps keep the crab moist and not dry out while in the oven. Use fresh pizza dough or make your own.STORAGEStore in an airtight container or zip loc bag in the fridge for up to 2 days.
