This Perfect Seafood dipping sauce is made of fresh lemon and garlic. It's the one sauce you'll need for all seafood! Using extra virgin olive oil or butter, garlic, lemon, and a hint of salt.
In a small sauce pan on medium-low heat, stir in all the ingredients except for lemon juice.
Heat for a minute or two. Just until the garlic is fragrant.
Mix in lemon juice and pour into a shallow bowl to serve.
