Rub the sea bass fillets with olive oil, coating them completely.
Sprinkle the salt and spices on both sides.
Place on greased air fryer basket.
Frozen Sea Bass
Cook until the fillet reaches an internal temperature of 145F. Typically takes 8-10 minutes.
Fresh Sea Bass
Cook for about 5-6 minutes. Until the internal temperature is 145°F.

Air Fryer. I use the Ninja Foodi XL for air frying all kinds of fish. If you don't have this one, you may need to adjust your cooking time slightly. Size of Fillets. For this recipe, I use one whole 16oz fillet. Yours can be cut into small fillets. The cooking time may need to be adjusted.Health Benefits. Things we don't have to supplement often if we get a healthy dose from the food we eat regularly.Safety. Watch the amount you consume, as it does often have mercury.
