Sumac Salad Dressing that's rich in color and in flavor! Sumac is a citrusy spice that's used in Mediterranean cuisine to enhance the color and flavor of dishes. It's also featured in various salads, like fattoush, or this feta and strawberry salad.
In a small bowl, stir in the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, honey, sumac, italian seasoning, salt and water. Mix until well combined.
Set the dressing aside for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
