Instructions
To make this delicious smoked salmon breakfast, add butter to the bagels and toast until lightly browned.
While the bread is toasting, cook an egg to your liking, adding a sprinkle of salt. I prefer a runny egg to add more flavor and texture, but if you prefer it fully cooked, that also works.
Spread your desired amount of cream cheese on top of each bagel slice. The more the merrier! Once the egg is cooked, place it on top of the cream cheese.
Next, add a generous amount of smoked salmon on top of the egg.
Top it with a sprinkle of Everything but the bagel seasoning, or your preferred seasoning.
Then, add a few slices of red onion, capers, and fresh cherry tomatoes to your liking.
Serve hot and enjoy your mouthwatering salmon breakfast!

To reheat: When you're ready to enjoy the egg and salmon on toast again, re-assemble and heat in the oven, microwave, or air fryer on low until warmed through.
