The best Tuna Melt Wrap that's a dreamy cheesy sandwich, perfect for a weeknight dinner or lunch! It's packed with protein and flavor from marinated sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes to make this tuna cheese wrap an irresistible lunch!
In a medium-size bowl, gently mix the tuna, cream cheese, sour cream, red onion, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt.
To assemble the tuna melt wrap
Heat a cast iron pan or a well-greased skillet on medium-low heat.
Place a tortilla onto the heated pan and allow to warm and soften on one side.
Flip the tortilla, and add half of the tuna mixture. Top with half of the sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, spinach, and cheese.
Fold it into thirds by folding the bottom of the tortilla in over the filling, then fold one side, then the other side to close it completely. Feel free to place a few pieces of cheese in between the tortilla to seal it closed.
Allow to cook for a couple of minutes of each side.
Flip and warm through completely until the tortilla has crisped and the cheese is melted.
Plate and serve warm.
