These are some of my absolute favorite gadgets in my kitchen. They make cooking 3-4 (not a drill) meals a day a breeze! So, let's dive into what's in my kitchen that I can't live without, and hopefully you'll find a tool that you'll love as much as I love mine!

My Air Fryer is the number one secret weapon in my kitchen. It's the absolute best way that I'm able to get dinner on the table on extremely busy nights, while making it healthy for my family.
I cook absolutely everything in my air fryer, from frozen fish, fish sticks, shrimp, reheating crab rangoons, vegetables and even squash, meat, and just about anything in between. Just this week, I made pumpkin pie with graham cracker crust and it turned out great! Needles to say, I love this air fryer!
I don't say this lightly, I LOVE this oil sprayer so much. It's one of those products I use many times throughout the day. I've gifted it to family and friends, and they're even gifted it to others as well. It's a budget-friendly gift that knocks it out of the park!
Extra notes: I love being able to fill it up with just about any oil, avoiding chemicals in other sprayers. I keep mine filled with avocado oil typically and use while baking, cooking eggs, or air frying.
GOOD KNIVES & A KNIFE SHARPENER
Talk about speeding the dinner process! When you're working with a good knife, my favorite is Henckels, and keep it sharp, you end up speeding up the chopping process significantly. Those ripe tomatoes can finally stay in tact and not squeeze everywhere (haha)!
A vegetable/onion chopper is one of those products that I invested in within the last year and I wish I had bought it sooner! I use it to cut just about any fruit or vegetable for roasting, sauteing, or a salad. This vegetable chopper cuts small pieces to bigger chunks.
It truly takes all the effort out of chopping!
Life changing for flipping fish or other food! And it’s under $10 (may be subject to change).
No more guessing is your fish is done! This wireless thermometer sits inside your filet and you're able to set a timer to go off once it reaches temp. This is a game changer when you're working with fish, or any meat for that matter.
These are easily wiped after each use! Long are the days of sticking dirty mitts in our drawers.
I can’t recommend this coffee machine enough. We’ve had it for over 4 years and love it more every day. It takes whole beans, or has a by-pass for individual servings of ground coffee. Long are the days of buying coffee pods, cups, etc. Our cup of coffee is made fresh every morning with an extra shot of espresso, with just 2 little buttons ;).
